Privacy & early-pilot terms

Updated October 8, 2026. PrintGo is an early pilot operated by Mayank Aggarwal. Contact hello@onestopai.co.in for questions or data requests.

What the pilot stores

Your signed-in user identifier links your workspace to its records. Proofs include the order reference, design name, image, print specification, version, reviewer name, comments, and decision time. Your pilot workspace has a label and contact email. Private workspace codes grant access; session cookies are used for sign-in. Enter only information you are entitled to share. Start with non-sensitive sample artwork; do not upload payment information or customer addresses.

Review-link access

Anyone holding a review link can see that proof and submit its first decision. Links expire after 14 days. A new version or replacement link revokes the old link. The reviewer name is self-reported; this pilot does not verify a customer's identity.

Storage and deletion

The site uses Cloudflare Workers hosting and D1 database storage for records and small proof images. Records remain until you delete the item or request deletion. Deleting an item removes its proof records and attempts to remove its stored artwork. Failed file cleanup may require operator assistance. Platform service logs and backups follow their providers' policies. No third-party advertising trackers are added by this application.

Use of the pilot

The pilot is free, provided as-is, and may change or become unavailable. Keep independent backups and verify artwork and specifications before printing. An approval is a recorded decision about a version, not a guarantee of print quality or an irreversible production lock. Service availability and production suitability are not guaranteed.

What is not connected

This is a standalone manual-entry pilot. It does not install into Shopify, synchronize orders, send automated customer email, take payments, or provide shared staff accounts. Each invited workspace is separate. Keep workspace codes private; contact the operator to revoke a lost code. The public demo uses illustrative data and does not save its decisions.
